      • The goal of the Truman Middle School Music Program is to teach students how to play their instrument proficiently, 
    • Description of the program's offerings 
      • Beginning Band - For students who would like to learn how to play a band instrument (flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French Horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion)
         
      • Class and Ensemble Information
        • Beginning Band meets 5 days a week ranging from 40-57 minutes a day. In addition, they are required to perform in 2 concerts a year after school.
